
Onalee Grey Services was created for homeowners, renters, contractors, and property managers who need clear, knowledgeable support during the property claim process. Claims can become stressful quickly, especially when you are trying to understand policy language, review estimates, document damages, track communication, and figure out what steps actually matter.
That is where I come in.
With 10+ years of property claim experience working with multiple insurance carriers, I know how claims are reviewed, how estimates are evaluated, and where important details can get missed. My background includes property damage review, estimate analysis, claim documentation, coverage review, and helping people make sense of complicated claim information without drowning them in industry jargon.
I am a Level 3 HAAG Certified Reviewer and hold an Xactimate Level 2 Certification, giving me additional technical training in damage assessment, estimate review, and claim-related documentation. I bring both field knowledge and claim-handling experience to each file, along with a practical, organized approach designed to help clients feel more prepared and confident.

As your Claims Ally, my role is to help you understand the process, identify any missing information, organize your documentation, review estimates, and prepare better questions for the people involved in your claim. I do not believe in scare tactics, vague promises, or making insurance sound more complicated than it already is. My goal is simple: to give you clear guidance, honest support, and a stronger understanding of your claim from start to finish.
